15.10.090: DURATION OF PERMIT:
A "safe and sane fireworks" permit shall be valid only within the calendar year in which issued. No permit shall be transferable, assignable or renewable. The applicant shall be the person responsible for compliance with the provisions of this code. (Ord. 2436 § 4, 1993)
