A. Applications for permits shall be accompanied by permit fees as set annually by resolution of the city council.
B. A double permit fee shall be charged and/or a misdemeanor citation shall be issued if the contractor or property owner fails to acquire the necessary permits prior to commencement of construction.
C. All permit fees paid shall be non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted by the Building Official or their designee.
