A. All references to the name of the jurisdiction shall be construed to mean the city of Pocatello.
B. For purposes of section 1612.3, the date of the flood insurance study is April 22, 1980, the date of passage of the city's flood hazard area ordinance, as amended by the "Flood Insurance Study For Bannock County, Idaho And Incorporated Areas" dated July 7, 2009.
C. For purposes of section 3412.2, the date of March 20, 1952, shall be used.
