15.04.020: LICENSE, BOND, AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Prior to commencement of any construction regulated by the international building code, international residential building code, or this code, provisions related to licensing and insurance and bond coverage as set out in chapter 15.03 of this title must be met. (Ord. 2756, 2005)
