15.03.080: VIOLATION; ADDITIONAL PENALTY:
Violation of any provision of this chapter, in addition to the suspension or revocation procedures set out elsewhere in this chapter, shall be grounds for issuance of a misdemeanor citation. Each day that such violation continues after notice of the violation has been provided shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 2749, 2004)
