13.28.190: BURNING PROHIBITED:
The burning of substances of any kind within the city is prohibited except by special permit issued by the city fire department in accordance with state regulations. The burning of any substances within city issued or city approved refuse containers is absolutely prohibited. (Ord. 2636 § 17, 1999: Ord. 2143 § 9, 1984: prior code § 8-2-19)
