The superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of a complete individual wastewater discharge permit application, the superintendent will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. Upon a determination to issue, the permit shall be issued within thirty (30) days of full evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished. The superintendent may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 2837 § 1, 2008)
