13.20.065: LIMITATIONS ON POINT OF DISCHARGE:
No user shall discharge any waste or wastewater directly into a manhole or other opening unless they have been issued a permit by the city. If a permit is issued for such discharge, the user shall pay the applicable charges and fees and shall meet all conditions required by the permit. (Ord. 2837 § 1, 2008)
