13.16.200: SYSTEM CAPACITY FEE:
In addition to the sewer service charges provided for in this chapter, a sewer system capacity fee will be assessed for each permit granted for each connection to the City's sanitary sewer. The permit fees will be set from time to time by resolution of the City Council. Copies of such resolutions shall be kept on file and made available in the Office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 2836 § 1, 2008)
