13.16.190: RATE SCHEDULE:
A schedule of rates, fees and charges for the sanitary sewer shall be set from time to time by resolution of the City Council. Copies of such resolutions shall be kept on file and made available in the Office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 2836 § 1, 2008)
