13.16.110: PERMIT REQUIRED TO WORK ON SANITARY SEWER:
It is unlawful for any person to uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any sanitary sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit. (Ord. 2836 § 1, 2008)
