13.16.040: UNPOLLUTED WATERS; DISCHARGE TO THE SANITARY SEWER PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to discharge or cause to be discharged any stormwater, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, outside drains (i.e., garbage container areas, wash racks, etc.), clean swimming pool water or cooling water to any sanitary sewer without approval of the superintendent. (Ord. 2836 § 1, 2008)
