12.28.150: SEVERABILITY:
The provisions of this chapter are severable and in the event any section or subsection is found invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions. (Ord. 2812, 2007)
