The purpose of this chapter is to:
A. Provide requirements for design and construction of public and private infrastructure including: transportation facilities; sanitary sewer, stormwater, water and other utilities; drainage features and activities, and garbage and refuge.
B. Provide standards for attractive and safe streets that can accommodate vehicle traffic from planned growth, and provide a range of transportation options, including options for driving, walking, bicycling, transit and other transportation modes. (Ord. 2987, 2017)
