10.44.040: REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER FEES:
   A.   A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for each bicycle registered.
   B.   At the time of transferring ownership of a bicycle, every new owner shall report the transfer to the fire department and shall pay a fee of twenty five cents ($0.25). It is otherwise unlawful to transfer a registration decal from one bicycle to another. (Ord. 2289, 1989)
