10.44.020: MANNER OF REGISTRATION:
Bicycles shall be registered with the fire department, showing the proper name and address of the owner, the make, serial number, and general description of the bicycle, and the name of the person or dealer from whom such bicycle was acquired. The fire department shall transmit a report of all such registrations to the police department. (Ord. 2289, 1989)
