10.08.120: PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED:
No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the purpose of:
   A.   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   B.   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency. (Ord. 2289, 1989)
