10.08.100: PARKING NOT TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC:
It is unlawful for any person to park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the traffic lane for free movement of vehicular traffic. (Ord. 2289, 1989)
