The city engineer and/or his/her designee is authorized to establish limited time and parking by permit only parking zones, from time to time as traffic conditions require, upon streets and on other property selected for the location of such zones; to fix the time limit for the legal parking of vehicle in these zones; and to erect signs as necessary to give notice of the zones and time limits. It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, or permit any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by such person to park in violation of any such zone. (Ord. 2972, 2016: Ord. 2289, 1989)
