It is unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or materials in any place marked with a sign and yellow painted curb as a loading zone. In no case shall such stopping, standing, or parking be permitted for longer than three (3) minutes for passenger loading or unloading, nor for longer than thirty (30) minutes for the loading or unloading of materials.
