It is unlawful for any person to deal, play, carry on, open or cause to be opened or conduct, either as owner, employee or lessee, whether for hire or not, any game of faro, monte, roulette, lausquenet, rouge et noire, rondo, Indian stick game or any game played with cards, dice or any other device, for money, checks, credit or any other representative of value.
