9.04.060: RESISTING AN OFFICER:
   A.   Interfering With An Officer: Every person who wilfully resists, delays or obstructs any police officer or other officer of the municipality in the discharge, or attempt to discharge, any duty of his office, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   B.   Threatening An Officer: Every person who wilfully threatens any police officer, or other officer of the municipality, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2285 § 1, 1988: prior code § 6-1-39)
