A. The property owner shall notify the city of Pocatello when construction has started. Regular inspections of the stormwater management system construction shall be conducted by public works director or her/his designee. All inspections shall be documented. If any violations are found, the property owner shall be notified in writing of the nature of the violation and the required corrective actions. No added work shall proceed until any violations are corrected and all work previously completed has received approval by the public works director. (Ord. 2944, 2015)
