In addition to any potential revocation of a permit for violation of the terms of this chapter, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof a person shall be punishable as provided in section 1.04.040 of this code. Each day that such violation shall continue shall be deemed to be a separate offense and a separate misdemeanor citation may be filed. (Ord. 2771 § 2, 2005: Ord. 2675, 2001)
