(A) By the authority of this subchapter, there is hereby created an Office of Emergency Management within the township for the purpose of coordinating all mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities within the township. The township has established the position of Emergency Management Coordinator to staff this office, and the Township Supervisor has appointed a person to fill the position.
(B) The Township Supervisor shall appoint a minimum of two persons as successors to the position of Emergency Management Coordinator. This line of succession shall be listed in the emergency operations plan.
