§ 33.067 REPRESENTATION BEFORE GOVERNMENTAL BODY.

An officer or official of the township shall not represent any other person in any matter that the person has before the township when the officer or official appoints or otherwise supervises the board, commission, officer, official or employee responsible for handling the matter.
