The township and the employee contributions shall be as provided in the applicable collective bargaining agreement, employment agreement or township policy. The township contribution shall be secured from a township fund. Each full-time employee shall be responsible for the remainder premium or charges not paid for by the township and the Township Treasurer is hereby authorized to deduct the premium from the employee’s pay, salary or compensation.
