§ 32.28  ATTENDANCE AT SESSIONS OF CIRCUIT COURTS; NOTICE; PAYMENT; TOWNSHIP OFFICERS; EXTRA SERVICES; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Constables shall attend the sessions of the Circuit Courts for their respective counties when notified for that purpose by the Sheriff and paid by their respective counties.
   (B)   For services not otherwise provided for by law, rendered to townships by township officers and the duties of their respective offices, the Township Board shall audit and allow such compensation as it shall deem reasonable.
