§ 32.27  POLICE OFFICER OR CONSTABLE; AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE A BENCH WARRANT.
   A police officer of the township or, if authorized by the Township Board, a constable of the township, has the same authority within the township as deputy sheriff to execute a bench warrant for arrest issued by a court of record or a municipal court.
