§ 32.06  PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT AND BUILDINGS.
   The Township Board shall, in its sole discretion and upon recommendation of the Township Supervisor, acquire by lease, purchase or otherwise such equipment, apparatus, supplies, property, buildings and/or motor vehicles as the Township Board shall determine are necessary for the operation, management and maintenance of the Police Department.
