§ 31.071  SUSPENSION AND DISMISSAL.
   Failure to observe all rules and regulations of this subchapter and those promulgated by the Supervisor pursuant to this subchapter shall constitute grounds for suspension and/or dismissal from the Program at the discretion of the Supervisor.
