There is hereby established a Township Environmental Leadership Commission. The Commission shall have up to nine members to be appointed by the Board of Trustees upon the recommendation of the Supervisor for staggered terms of three years. The Supervisor may terminate the appointment of any member who has been absent from three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings of the Commission without prior excuse.
