(A) Should a property owner wish to have the street tree adjacent to his or her property removed, he or she shall submit a request, in writing, to the Township Building Department, which shall refer the request to the County Department of Public Services.
(B) A private property owner may replace a street tree on their own, and at their own expense, with prior written approval by the county and the Township Building Official, from the township's approved tree list.
