§ 158.115  SUBMISSION TO AND APPROVAL BY THE BOARD REQUIRED.
   No plat shall be transmitted to any county or state-approving authority for official action as required by the state platting procedure until the plat shall have, in the first instance, been approved by the Board in accordance with the regulations of this subchapter and § 148 of the Land Division Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended.
