§ 158.063 BLOCKS.

(A) Residential blocks. Residential blocks shall not be less than 240 feet wide, they shall not be less than 660 feet long nor more than 1,400 feet long. Where lots are one-half acre or more in size, blocks up to 1,800 feet long may be approved.

(B) Commercial blocks. Business and commercial blocks shall not be less than 300 feet wide or less than 400 feet long.
