§ 158.062  MONUMENTS.
   Monuments shall conform to and shall be placed as required by the Land Division Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended. The township shall, in addition, require a surveyor’s certificate guaranteeing the rechecking and replacement of monuments and bringing them to grade after sidewalks are in place.
