§ 158.042  APPROVAL OR DENIAL BY AUTHORITIES.
   The various authorities shall, within 30 days of receipt of the final preliminary plat, approve or reject the plat as provided for in §§ 111 to 119, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.111 through 560.119 of the Land Division Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293.
