The procedure for the creation of a historic district in the township shall be only as follows. The owner, or owners, of a property, structure or place shall submit a written application to the Building Department of the township for creation of a historic district. The application shall be forwarded to the Committee within two business days of its submission. The Committee shall, within 90 days, meet to consider the application. In considering the application, the Committee shall follow the procedures set forth in § 157.07.
