§ 155.04  TOWNSHIP ATTORNEY; STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE.
   Pursuant to § 8b(2) (M.C.L.A. § 125.1508b(2)) of the State Construction Code, the Township Attorney, as the chief legal officer for the township, may issue complaints and warrants and prosecute for violations of the State Construction Code with the same power and authority as for prosecuting local ordinance violations.
