§ 155.03  ENFORCING AGENCY DESIGNATION; STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE.
   Pursuant to § 8b(6) (M.C.L.A. § 125.1508b(6)) of the State Construction Code, the Building Official of the township is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the township under the State Construction Code.
