§ 155.02  ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE.
   Pursuant to § 8b (M.C.L.A. § 125.1508b) of the State Construction Code, the Board of Trustees of the township does hereby assume responsibility for administration and enforcement of the State Construction Code within the township.
