§ 152.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, association, co-partnership, corporation or other entity who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that the violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
