§ 31.001  AUTHORITY, ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPERVISION.
   Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 600.8395, as amended, and M.C.L.A. § 257.742, as amended, the Parking Violations Bureau is hereby established for the township. The Parking Violations Bureau shall be under the supervision and control of the Township Supervisor.
