§ 132.03  MISREPRESENTING AGE TO OBTAIN ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years shall by documentary evidence falsely represent himself or herself to be 21 years of age or over for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase any alcoholic liquor nor shall any person under the age of 21 years give such false information regarding his or her age to any person selling alcoholic liquor for the purpose of securing a sale thereof to himself, herself or any other person under the age of 21 years.
   (B)   No person shall furnish false documentary evidence to any person under 21 years of age to be used by any such person for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic beverages.
