§ 131.05 OBSTRUCTING OR HINDERING A POLICE OFFICER.

It is unlawful for any person or entity to obstruct, hinder or interfere with any police officer or any person duly empowered with police authority while in the discharge or apparent discharge of his or her duties, including any investigation. Upon conviction, a violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
