§ 115.26  DURATION OF PERMIT; RENEWAL.
   (A)   Generally. A permit shall remain in effect until the fifth annual anniversary date of the grant of the permit unless otherwise expired, revoked, abandoned or renewed.       (2)   Commences use of the public utility easements and rights-of-way to provide telecommunications services as authorized by the permit.
