§ 30.03 APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL.

The Township Board is hereby authorized, by resolution at any regular meeting of the Board, to appoint any person to the position of Ordinance Enforcement Officer for the term or terms as may be designated in the resolution. By resolution, the Township Board may without cause remove any person from the position whenever the Board deems the removal is fitting and proper.
