§ 113.47  TRANSFER OR MISUSE OF LICENSE, BADGE OR IDENTIFICATION.
   No license, badge or identification card issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be used or worn at any time by any person other than the one to whom it was issued and only when engaged in the activities for which the license or identification card was issued.
