§ 113.25  SURRENDER OF LICENSE ON DEMAND; RETURN.
   The license shall be surrendered on demand to a police officer based upon a probable cause belief by the officer that the licensee is in violation of this subchapter. The license shall be returned to the licensee within 72 hours upon failure of the Township Clerk to find cause to revoke the license as provided in § 113.24.
