(A) Any person under 18 years of age, when engaged in peddling on foot in the neighborhood of his or her residence under the direct supervision of any school or recognized charitable or religious organization, shall be exempt from the licensing requirements of § 113.15, but shall be subject to the other provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Any person who has obtained a peddler’s license from the state pursuant to Public Act 359 of 1921, being M.C.L.A. §§ 35.441 et seq., on account of such person being honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States of America shall be exempt from the peddlers licensing provisions of this subchapter.
